Scout and Guide aims to build and develop young people’s confidence, sense of adventure and outdoor skills, as well as encouraging them to explore their beliefs, attitudes and be creative. It offers them to be independent and put these skills into practice at camps and even on international trips.

Scouting and guiding is an important part of our co-curricular activities as well as our curriculum. The school children undergo all the levels of examination conducted by Bharath Scout and Guide. The students who passed the first level of Jilla Puraskar exam can apply for Rajya Puraskar exam. This year 20 scouts and 24 guides from our school got the Rajya Puraskar certificates from our school.

The Rajya Puraskar is also known as the Governor’s Award it the highest award a Scout and Guide can earn at the state level on completion of 13 years of age being taught and trained by Scout Masters and Guide Captains, undergoing a state level testing by a team of qualified examiners.
